• The Application form duly completed, signed by the student and endorsed by her parent / Guardian
• The Original and attested two Xerox copies of the statement of marks obtained at the S.S.C. examination.
• Original School Leaving Certificate with attested TWO XEROX COPIES. The original copy will not be returned to the candidate under any circumstances as per government rules.
• Original Eligibility Certificate (Provisional) issued by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Educational, in case of students/who have passed S.S.C.
• The reserved. caste candidate who seek acrnission under "Reserved Seats Scheme" should produce an attested copyof the Caste Certificate issued by the concerned authority (Tahsildar or Executive magistrate).
• Certificate of merit and proficiency in extra curricular activities like dramatics, music, sports etc.
• If a candidate has a gap of one or more years between passing the last qualifying examination and seeking admission to .the next higher class, a Gap certificate from Gazetted Officer stating the reasons for the break in studies should be produced.
• Three identity card size photographs
• Two Xerox Copies of Ration Card.
• Two Xerox Copies of Adhar Card.
• Incomplete application form will not be entertained.

DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION OTHER THAN MAHARASHTRA STATE BOARD

• Original Transfer Certificate & 4 xerox copies.
• Original Migration Certificate & 4 xerox copies.
• Provisional Passing Certificate & 4 xerox copies.
• Original Marklist & 4 xerox copies.
• Original Leaving Certificate & 4 xerox copies
